This article explains how to approve a user using a Manager's authorisation
If you notice the following prompt upon launching DDBook, it means that the user hasn’t been approved.
This message could show up if:
- A user was setup without Manager Authorisation
- Details of this user were changed without Manager’s Authorisation
You will require your Manager’s password to approve a user.
If you can’t remember your Manager’s password and require a reset code, please contact Modeus Support.
If you know your Manager’s password, follow the steps below
- Go to Lists > Users
a. When you are here, you will notice that all the unapproved users are highlighted in red - Highlight the user you wish to approve
DO NOT double click. Only click once on the user to highlight the entry - Click on the Actions button on the top right hand side
- Select ‘Approve Selected User’
