Licence renewal

This article explains how to renew your DDBook licence

Please note: You will need your Modeus account username and password in order to purchase and activate your renewed licence. If you don't have these details you can contact Modeus Support.

Steps to renew licence

1. Open DDBook
2. Go to Tools > licence > Purchase licence
3. This will launch the Purchase licence Wizard. To proceed further, click “Next”
   
4. Click Next to continue to the Modeus Website
   
5. Enter your Modeus Account Username and Password
   
6. Verify your licence details and click on the VISA/MasterCard/AMEX icon to proceed further
   
7. Although the next screen reads “Pay with PayPal”, please note that Clicking “Checkout as Guest” will still let you pay via credit card.
   
   
   
8. Enter your preferred email address and click continue to Payment
   
9. Fill in the required information and Continue to proceed further
   
10. Review your entered details and click Pay. Please wait for a few seconds for the payment to get processed. Do not refresh your screen.
11. Once you receive a confirmation, close your browser and return to DDBook and you will see the following screen. Please enter your username and password to activate your new licence.
    
    If you don’t see the above screen, go to Tools > Options > licence and click ‘Check Online’
    
12. Click OK when the below message appears
    
13. Enter your Modeus Account Username and Password
    
14. Wait for a few seconds and you should see the following message.
    
15. Verify your new expiry date and click OK

Your DDBook licence purchase and activation is now complete!
