      Licence Renewal

      This article explains how to renew your DDBook Cloud license

      If you are on a subscription or an enterprise customer, these steps do not apply as your license will auto-renew.

       

      1. Open DDBook Cloud
      2. Select the "Renew Licence" button
      3. In the Checkout section at the bottom of the page, select your preferred payment method; Credit Card or PayPal.
      4. Once payment is complete your DDBook Cloud licence will be automatically updated. Please refresh your browser to apply the new licence if DDBook Cloud is currently being used.
      5. If you wish to pay for your DDBook Cloud Licence renewal using a bank transfer, select the highlighted option and an invoice will be sent to your accounts email address.
